If you've read the reviews of David E Robinson books, are curious about what he teaches and are not sure where to start, this is the perfect place. When I talk to other people about what David E Robinson's books teach; the big question is why don't the tyrants just shoot you. Why do the tyrants have to go through such a big and huge process. In one of his other books David explains that we are under the Queen's protection, unless we have not fulfilled an obligation. For instance when you get a driver's license to use the roads, if you speed, you get fined.Under common law, your only in trouble, if your injury causes damage. By getting a driver's license you have surrendered your rights, in return for a privilege, and so if you don't drive safely, and get fined, your not under the queen's protection in that instance. But their's another reason David explains. When the banks had enough money to buy up every nation, and declare every nation as belonging to them, they knew that if they were to take over, they would get their heads blasted off, as they are the minority, and you and me are the majority.
So they had to create a system where people voluntarily surrender their common law rights for privileges. And those privileges can be taken away at any time. And people get used to living with so few rights and privileges. Just think about how the environmental movement has put many countries under a tax for using the privilege of using electricity. When the time is right, these tyrants will take over and do what they want, but only if people continue to surrender there rights, without an outcry.
So if more and more people become sovereigns, and people become free, tyranny won't happen. But if people continue to surrender their rights, and let their privileges be taken away, then tyranny is just around the corner. Its also the perfect way to finish, cause if you've read his other books, that question will remain, why don't they just do what they're going to do, why go through a process. Or it can be the perfect way to continue with his books. I also highly recommend the book 'they own it all including you', if you are new to the sovereignty movement as that book gives the foundation stones to all aspects, of the problem.
Another way to think about it is 2 Thessalonians 2 tells Christians that a world dictator can only happen when enough people stray from the way they know they should go.

It would not be hyperbole for me to state that this is absolutely the most important book any free thinking Citizen can read to understand American jurisprudence. In mostly plain and simple language, Mr. Robinson's book lays the foundation for further research into various facets of US law as it pertains to the UCC. I’ve said for years that the school system didn’t teach students how to be good citizens or good capitalists. Little did I realize the government controlled education system purposefully wanted Americans ignorant of the knowledge that would make us all freemen. However, that’s another topic. Mr. Robinson explains how Citizens have been tricked into operating outside of the Constitution by implied contracts from which we derive certain benefits (social security, mortgage rebates, and any other largess dipped from the federal trough). If you've heard that your name in all caps means something different in legal terms, Mr. Robinson explains it in his book. He explains how judges can throw out the Constitution in their courtrooms.
At the end of the book, Mr. Robinson provides a timeline of events regarding the gradual implementation of the UCC, until its full adoption in 1964. The author also provides the neophyte lawyer with successful remedy to UCC issues. He makes it very clear that the Constitution does not apply to contract law, which is what the UCC is; if I remember correctly. I view the current legal situation as a fraud perpetrated against the citizens to cover up the fact that the federal United States is bankrupt (either in 1781 or 1938. I haven't researched that aspect as of yet.) and is using the citizens as collateral against the debt. The UCC Connection's assertion of our being owned by foreign bankers is substantiated by the 1983 Grace Commission's finding that no federally collected income taxes go to government services. It all goes to the private Federal Reserve Bank, whom Congress authorized to print fiat currency, which we call Federal Reserve notes. We are forced into an implied contract with the federal United States when we use Federal Reserve notes.
In conclusion, Mr. Robinson’s book is a must read. Please pick this book up immediately. I’ll be picking up a copy of the UCC, in addition to several other UCC related books recommended by the ABA. The ABA is a law guild and members are beholden to the organization and the courts over the interests of their clients. In other words, they’re not to be trusted! Thanks for reading my review.
This books contains information that will make people’s head spin off after they get to know the truth about our corrupted system. It will show you that the system has molded society to believe something that it is just a fantasy. A great started for anyone looking to be independent as I am and registered. Keep in mind this is just partial of the truth story. There is more reading and research to do.
Invaluable info. Most of us are slaves in captivity, because we simply don't know how we have become enslaved. In short, the American People are asleep at the wheel. The tragedy is that many don't want to be awakened. This book is CRITICAL in understanding how our Constitutional Rights have been taken from us, AND, how to get them back (UCC 1-308).
